Shipping & Handling rates

Our shipping & handling rates are calculated as per below. For your order you see the applicable rate in the checkout based on the weight of your order.

Rate A:     1g to 500g     $8.95

Rate B:     501g to 1Kg     $12.50

Rate C:     1.001Kg to 3Kg     $15.75

Rate D:     3.001Kg to 5Kg     $23.95

Rate E:      5.001Kg to 10Kg     $36.95

Rate F:     Above 10.001Kg     $48.95 

International shipping rates depend on the country to ship to; please add your items to the cart and the delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

Delivery

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse on weekdays usually within 48 hours after receiving your order.

If you aren’t available to receive your order, the carrier will leave a notification for you. Please get in contact with the carrier as stated on their notification within the suggested time frame to avoid your order being returned to the warehouse.

Returns

For returns and any other enquiries, please contact us at hello@ambulancewishwa.org.au. We will let you know which return address is best. If you are returning or exchanging an item because you changed your mind, we kindly ask you to pay for the return shipping.
